slim-vim working with cmucl on Linux

I got Brad's slim-vim code working apparently problem-free against CMUCL on Linux. But it still doesn't work against clisp, so still plugging away at that. Getting the "repl" buffer going will have to wait a little longer. Haven't updated the darcs repositories yet either.
