I subscribe to Reuters's "Oddly Enough" feed on my Google home page. I've noticed in the past that they tend to focus mostly on non-US news items. I figured this was their coy way of laughing at foreigners. My wife suggested another possibility, and following the dictate of "
Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.", I think she's right. "Maybe they focus on non-US sources because they have too much to draw from in the US."
Drinking from a firehose, indeed.
