New vim+async+ecl patch -- autoconfig

Well, I took my Vim patch that added ECL to the autoconfig script and put it into Jim's vim+async+ecl, then sent the new patch to Jim. Hopefully he can use it; I don't really understand what he means about "If you want to email me any darcs patches please keep them separated into those specific to vim+async, those specific to vim+ecl, and those specific to the combination of the two". Maybe I'm just stupid, or maybe I need to read a darcs tutorial.

While I was at it, I also added +/-ecl to the features list.
