One of the big problems with the
slimpl/
slim-vim project
Brad and I worked on was that we didn't document what we did enough (read: at all) for other people to use, much less join in. So I've added a Wiki page
here on my Vi/Vim mode for Lispworks. (Currently I can't even honestly call it a vi mode. I just went through the Lispworks documentation and wrote new key bindings for obvious commands.)
Goals:
- Throw some mud on the wall: document what I've done
- Document what I've done in such a way that other people can use it
- Note the commands that differ from Vim (most of them, at the moment; I'd say "all of them", but how different can "go to the next line" be???)
Edit: code is here.
Edit: typo.
Edit: Please see http://theclapp.org/blog for further developments.
