Lispworks Tips page added to the Wiki

Every Blog-City blog comes with a Wiki. I haven't played with mine much yet, so I don't know all its capabilities (like how to easily link to a Wiki page, whether Google indexes it, whether you can search it, etc). So I'll do hard links until I figure out a better way.

Anyway, I added a "Lispworks Tips" Wiki page. I'll add stuff there that I think other Lispworks newbies might appreciate.
